Brittany was refereed to us by a friend. He had nothing but great things to say about her. So we reached out to her and was very happy and grateful to have her help us buy our first home. From the very first time we spoke to the closing of our home, she was there with knowledge and experience. She walked us though the whole process with easy. We were very nervous about buying our first home. Brittany did an amazing job at putting our fears to rest. Any time we had any questions about anything, she was always just a call, text or email away. The first time we talked was over email. I emailed her around 10pm and we talked by email for almost 2 hours. She listened to everything we wanted and always had best interest at heart. I am not sure if my wife and i would have done this whole process without her. She freaking ROCKS!!!!!

Brittany was the perfect person to walk us through the purchase of our home. We had not been working with a realtor when we saw a house for sale and decided to try for it. Brittany was not the listing agent but we reached out to her because of her reputation. She quickly researched the neighborhood and recent sales along with learning about what we wanted. Bottom line is that in a fast selling neighborhood, she guided us in making a successful offer against other bidders. Her excellent negotiating also helped us when it came to addressing findings from the home inspection.

In addition to her negotiating, she connecting us with some excellent people to work with us in the home buying process.
