Johnny has been fantastic. Johnny has a calm demeaner and is not pushy. We are from out of state, helping our daughter find a house. Johnny would take videos of potential home and email them to us, so we could walk though remotely. He was always ready to answer any questions. Johnny was great he was more than willing to show us any and every house we wanted to look at and there were a lot and all over the place. He was also willing to show us houses outside of town. Once we began the closing process there were a lot of issues not on our end but no matter what happened Johnny always made sure that we were kept updated on what was going on and really took care of us.

From the very beginning, Johnny was very knowledgeable about the market in our area. He was very straight forward with us and didn't beat around the bush. He originally tried to help us find a rental home for additional income. That endeavor did not end up working out for us financially so we stopped looking. We then found out we had to move about 6 months later. We decided to use Johnny again to sell our home in College Station because he did such a great job trying to find us a rental property. He did a wonderful job selling our home! Although it did take longer than we expected because of the market, he did everything in his power to get potential buyers to come view our home. He did an AMAZING job and would definitely recommend him.
Johnny really went above and beyond on our real estate deal. He was always willing to drive the hour and a half drive to show us houses and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There were many unexpected issues with this home, and Johnny worked diligently on each one. He even got double the amount for repairs for us than the seller wanted to give. Johnny is very friendly, personable and professional. It was a pleasure working with him.

I have known Johnny for almost 20 years as we attended A&M together and were friends back then as well. It just so happens that my parents owned a homeplex in Byran that we recently completely remodeled. We decided to put it on the market and immediately called Johnny to get the process started for us. He is knowledgeable, creative and moved quickly. He scheduled the pictures, posted the listing and had one side contracted within 2 hrs, the other less than 20 minutes after listing. He's a pro in the real estate business, highly recommend.
