Brenda Rocks!

It's not easy navigating the housing market in a new state! Especially if you haven't been to different towns and cities outside of your usual spots. Oh, and then there's everyone else wanting what you want... challenging market for buyers, to say the least.

We had our list of must-haves like any young couple looking to move to the sunshine state and start a family. Brenda managed our expectations and tailored our house hunt to find us our new home. While luck or timing was on our side, Brenda didn't let an incredible opportunity pass us by, even if we were skeptical. After a quick walk-through, we could see all our new home's possibilities. A house in South Venice was not on our list at first, but a day with Brenda checking all of the neat things Venice offers put us at ease in calling it home.

Brenda shined even brighter after we found our home. She represented us well and navigated the contracting process to get us a fair deal. At each step of the process, she kept us well informed. This was my first time navigating the home buying process, and Brenda made it easy along the way. After we closed, she continued to check in with us to see how things were progressing with our move.

We are excited to move in and very thankful to have Brenda on our side!

Brenda went above and beyond to help us find a house. In today’s crazy market, it only took about a week of looking at properties before we had an offer accepted. The whole process went smoothly and she even kept contact with us while she was away on vacation. Highly recommend!

Brenda was absolutely amazing! She answered all 500 questions we had when buying our home. She was so dependable, every time we called, she answered. She worked around our schedule 100% which was important for us. She was truly the best! I highly recommend using her :)

We just bought our first home in Sarasota FL, and Brenda was amazing from the very beginning to the last. Our home search began about 3 months ago with Brenda at Next Home . Since then, our experience with Brenda and her team have been simply amazing. She has been very patient and helpful, and we felt that she really cares about us getting the right home rather than making her sale. Brenda has been exceptionally professional in every direction yet very personable that we felt like we were hanging out with our good friend whenever we had meetings with her. As a first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start and what the important questions i needed answered before putting in a offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for me or not. But I found Brenda Haenel after calling into her office to ask for a home. I met her The same day . I was interested in and not only did she explain the home buying process crystal clear but she also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. Brenda really knows what she’s doing and she is not PUSHY in anyway on buying the first home right away. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. She would let me know if she was going to be unreachable for a couple of hours but she always found a way to communicate with me. I did see about 5 homes with Brenda and with every single one she gave me her honest opinion on my chances of getting the home in this high demand market and although it wasn’t always the best news to hear at least I wouldn’t get my hopes up on a house that was going to go past my price range. I actually had to write only 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Brenda's excellent work. She knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in the home buying process. She helped me though the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. Brenda is a excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend her to EVERYONE!!
