Brandon is great to work with. Things were smooth once we had the realtors heavily involved and active in the whole process. Listen to the professionals, I strongly recommend not to do things on your own. His affiliate was easy to work with as well and made the documents that needed follow-up more stream-lined and straightforward.

Brandon did an amazing job of helping my fiancé and I get into our dream home! Brandon did a great job selling my land. When I told him what I was looking to get for my property, he went above and beyond to list it. Even when the first sale fell threw he reassured me it was listed correctly and had another buyer within the week. Closing process went very smoothly.

Brandon followed through from our initial contact to the closing of our new home! He “truly” listens to your wants and requirements for your new home. He is not pushy and has a very friendly patient personality. He is very knowledgeable and will find out an answer for you if he doesn’t know it.

We ended up putting a contract on our home after a quick 4 day search in Florida, which surprised us, since we were flying in to just check out the area.

He is very organized and efficient and made our home search and purchase a super pleasant experience. Brandon was always an advocate for our needs and went above and beyond for us by representing us at our inspection and closing.

Brandon Haenel is an amazing realtor and someone my family and i now call a friend. This man went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that my somewhat complicated purchase happened. I live in California and my parents had an emergency and needed a place right away. The distance and 3 hour time difference can be a nightmare, but Brandon made sure everything ran smoothly and that I was aware and part of every step even if not in person. His patience and professionalism are like no other he is kind and knowledgeable and has amazing resources that ensure a stress free and happy home purchase. I can honestly say that i would not be in such a great place emotionally or financially if it weren’t for Brandons’ incredible service, attention to details and prodfessionalism.
