My sister owned a 100+ year-old-house in Pennington, NJ. I was recently involved in selling my late brothers condo. I don’t live nearby and finding Jonathan was the best thing that could have happened. Besides helping me understand the entire process and always being available to answer my many questions he also assisted me at the condo when I was unable to travel there. Selling our mom's house was not easy for us emotionally and otherwise. It was something we put off longer than we should have because we were not looking forward to dealing with it. We had heard such good things about Jonathan from his past clients that we knew we needed to use him as well. And, we are glad we did! I contacted Jonathan on extremely short notice, as he was recommended by a mutual acquaintance, and I needed to make a time-sensitive offer on a local property. Johnathon jumped into action and was able to readily walk me through all aspects of the home buying process, especially helpful since I jut moved to NJ from CA. He easily answered all of my questions and was able to count on him for timely follow up and responses to all question and concerns along the way. Jonathan also directed me to numerous local resources to assist with home inspections, insurance, etc. All of which have been fabulous.

Jonathan is the best! He helped us to sell our old home a buy a new one. Jonathan was so helpful with the process and was available to answer all of our questions whenever we needed him. He also helped to connect us to all of the wonderful professionals that helped close the deal, from inspectors, to legal services, mortgage services, etc. He was also incredibly helpful in fielding and negotiating the multiple offers that came through for our old home. I am moving into New Jersey from the west coast. I don't know much about the area of how the housing market there works. Although i have purcha before, New Jersey is a differe t experience.
I was recommended to Jonathan from an agent I know in his company. I started corresponding with him and immediately noticed how quickly he responded to any question I had. I sent Jonathan several homes that I liked and he sent me some matched my interests. Since I was out of state, he scheduled zoom visits for them all. In one day, he scheduled 6 visits. He was wonderful about being honest about the home locations. If there was an odd noise, a concerning location or if everything looked great, he showed me it all. I was lucky to find my next home that first day, but since the market was a sellers one, he kept showing me more for backups per my request.
Once we started the contract, that's when the work really started. Every state has different rules and weird things. Jonathan was helpful in letting me know the quirks of buying in New Jersey. He kept on top of my progress so we stayed on track. He would follow up to see if I had any questions. I was able to close quickly and am now packing for my move across country.

Jonathan was professional and quick to reply to emails and texts. He's experienced, understands the process, and was able to explain it as we went along. He wrangled a range of logistical issues, from city inspections to buyers' visits, open houses, etc. I'd obviously use him again if I were selling a house, and wouldn't hesitate to use him were I buying.
Jonathan is awesome!! He was very patient with us during our crazy search for our home. He recommended a bunch if options. He found us a townhouse, which we lived in for a little over 2 years. When it came time to look for a home, we immediately reached out, and Jonathan was so excited to help us. In the end we were fortunate to get a new construction. As first-time home buyers facing a very challenging market, we felt very lucky to have Jonathan on our side. He's been in real estate a long time and has seen what works and what doesn't when putting together a competitive offer. We thought we'd be on the market for at least 6 months, maybe a full year considering the low supply we were facing in the community we wanted. But we were able to have an offer accepted quickly. Jonathan was great! We initially met Jonathan through Redfin when we requested to tour a house and we’ve been working with him since October 2020. We finally purchased a home in late August 2021. We're first-time home buyers, and the current housing market really affected what we could afford and what was available, but Jonathan never lost patience with us. Knowing we were new to this whole process, he offered to meet with us (virtually) to go over the entire process of what buying a home was like (generally speaking). He didn't need to do this, because we didn't initially seek him out, and we had no reason to commit to him. He just happened to be the realtor to give us a house tour. Having Jonathan take the time to do that really helped give us an idea what we were about to get into, and it was really nice of him to take the time to do that. He has very flexible in scheduling house tours. He’s available almost all of the time either through text or email, no matter the time of day. He’s always quick to respond. And no question was ever too silly to ask. He helped connect us with an attorney that made buying a house very easy. Jonathan also made signing any paperwork very easy by allowing us to do just about everything electronically. I have zero complaints about Jonathan and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy a house.
