If you want someone who’s willing to go that extra mile and find something perfect for you and your family I would go with Sarah 100x over. Got us an amazing deal where they left all appliances and replaced dishwasher and covered 5k of closing! Made it an easy effortless process for everyone involved. Sarah and team made the selling process incredibly easy. They handled everything complicated and let us ask a thousand questions. Never once did she act like our questions were "dumb" or "silly." She did the complete opposite by ensuring all were normal questions and would always elaborate as needed. I have used other reaIators in the past and was not impressed.
I would never utilize another realtor as long as Sarah is available!

Sarah without a doubt went above and beyond to help me throughout the home buying process from start to finish. I was moving from out of state and Sarah was able to provide great recommendations for both the lender and home inspector. They were all great to work with, which made the process as smooth as possible. Being able to rely on her recommendations as well as her knowledge on the homes and surrounding areas took a lot of pressure off of me. Even after settlement she has checked on my home and ensured everything was safe for pending freezing weather before my arrival. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home she is a true professional and a great person to work with!

The whole house buying project is an absolute pain, especially when you're going through it for your very first time. Sarah was the only reason we didn't go crazy through the buying process. She carefully explained and articulated exactly what the next steps would be for us. Anytime there was an issue she helped us understand what was happening.
