If I could give Cindy 10 stars I would! She went above and beyond. Living out of state and selling a house can be a nightmare. Cindy assisted with providing lists of various companies for different services to get the house ready to sell and made herself available to let the different companies in the house. A couple minor repairs needed to be completed and she did them herself. She regularly checked in with me as to the progress of the sale and to let me know she had checked on the house throughout the process. Cindy is a true professional and will make anyone feel at ease. I will always be grateful for all her help and for making this an easy process. Thank you!

Cindy went way above and beyond to help us in the search for a new home! We bought a house sight unseen but because Cindy was so incredibly detailed in her virtual tours and inspection it was exactly as she showed us! Cindy surpassed all expectations. Her comps were absolutely "spot on" perfect. Her description of expectations was exactly what happened. Her guidance was insightful. No buyer's remorse, no acceptance of less funds than estimated....everything was easy and exactly as she set forth. I cannot imagine a better real estate representative, if you are buying or selling. Cindy will make sure you are served and get the best possible deal. As an added bonus, Cindy takes all the photos and she has "professional" level skills....no one will make your home look better in listings than Cindy. She is awesome!

Cindy's comps for the house we purchased were absolutely right on the mark. She knew neighborhoods well, and provided us a lot of advice and guidance. Buying a home can be stressful, and I am not sure we could have done it without Cindy. I've had other realtors when I lived in other areas and none were as knowledgeable, available, and helpful as Cindy.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and when we asked Cindy to help us she was excited to get started. She is patient, educated, professional, and tells you things as it is. She worked at our pace and didn’t ever make us feel pressured to make a decision. When we first started signing documents she quickly realized that we both were starting to get stressed and overwhelmed. She walked us through every single page that we were signing and she took her time explaining. Cindy knew how to explain and she has this energy to her that I knew she knew what she was taking about. Even up to the end we experienced a few hiccups while moving into our home. She patiently guided us on where we needed to look on our pamphlet to get issues addressed. We are extremely happy that we chose Cindy, no other realtor could have kept my nerves at bay the way she did!!

After ending a lease with our tenants our home was in terrible disrepair. Cleaning, drywall, re-carpeting, painting and miscellaneous repair work were required.

As I kept finding serviceman to do the labor, Cindy went above and beyond the call of duty and facilitated numerous (at least 20) home visits, fielded dozens of phone calls, and poured heart and soul into prep, showing, and closing the sale.

We were so moved by her efficiency, professionalism and ultimately efficacy that we felt compelled to increase her commission.

If you take Cindy on as a realtor, you will not be disappointed.

Cindy Espinoza was the best Real Estate person I could ever have wished for. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect for selling my property. She was always there when I had a question and always had the answer. Cindy gave 110% and had a buyer within two days of listing the property. Moving from the East Coast, we were not well aware of many of the locations and options that Tucson and the surrounding area had to offer. Cindy has pretty vast knowledge of the Tucson and surrounding areas. Based off of the information given by us, she demonstrated the ability to choose the right community for us. She further guided us for homeowner upkeep of certain styles of homes that were typical here.

After we had an accepted offer on a place, Cindy didn’t play favorites with any inspectors, and provided us with the necessary and proper resources for us to complete our “due diligence” phase. Cindy had a no nonsense approach to the realities, but still maintained ethics expected of a realtor that were beyond reproach.

Cindy always had a smile on her face. She was always there for answering the slightest questions, and showed us a great deal of respect, as well as, being patient, as we scoured the area for just the right home.

Without any reservation, we would highly recommend Cindy for your realty needs!

Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was on top of everything and sold my house before it was even technically on the market. She stayed on top of contractors that needed to get things fixed around the house before the new owners moved in. She kept me updated daily and was just an all around nice person! I highly recommend her!
