Having Bonni Jeffers on my team for the purchasing of my first home made the entire process a breeze and stress free. My needs and wants were heard and Bonni went above and beyond to make sure they were met. She fought hard during negotiations and even when I had given up on having a refrigerator included, she didnt and managed to get it included in the end because she knew I wanted it. Bonni was able to setup house walks for me last minute and during inspection walks, she spotted things wrong with the place that I completely missed, which I am extremely grateful for.
