Cherrie and her team were true Rockstars in the sale of our home. They made the entire process easy from start to finish and went above and beyond in making sure we had everything ready for our move including help with packaging and moving boxes, house cleaning for both the initial showing and following the final sale, etc.
In a difficult market due to high interest rates and lower demand at our price point, Cherrie was able to get the house sold in a fairly short period of time. She also happened to represent the buyers which we normally do not prefer, but in this case it helped the negotiations and the closing go smoothly.

Cherrie recently sold our house and she was so great! She broke it all down step by step so we always knew where we were in the process. After staging our house looked nicer than it ever had before! We only had a few days of showings and then accepted an offer for exactly what we wanted. Cherrie was always available for questions and quickly answered all our texts and calls. What I loved the most was her "relatability". Is that even a word? She was always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and negotiate on my behalf and was VERY proactive. She had foreseen a few potential issues which we took care of prior to them becoming issues during the closing process. Zach and Cherrie have been long time friends and wouldn't use anyone else. They are truly ROCKSTAR'S when it comes to their attentiveness to their customers. They both work extremely hard and long hour to help out all hours of the day. Sadly we have moved to Florida and can no longer use them. We have been working with Cherrie since May 2023. We literally scoured hundreds of recommendations on social media and Cherrie was at the top. Once we interviewed her, we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. She was wonderful with communicating from the very beginning in telling us what she provided to clients (which is a lot), what to expect from her and her team, etc. We listed our house for sale in May. She arranged to have our house cleaned before pictures, which was absolutely amazing, given we have a toddler! On the day of pictures, she and her team arrived to prepare our house with little details like plants, blankets, needed accessories (we were living sparse). She and her team were very respectful as well of our home and asked permission/introduced themselves. We had the open house, and within a week, we had a full ask offer. It was a very stressful sale, but NOT by CHERRIE. She was beyond helpful and creative in offering solutions every step of the way. She sacrificed a lot to get the deal done as well. In order to sell, we had to find a rental since we didn't find a home to buy and the buyers weren't granting more time. She, through her contacts, found us a rental that agreed to a month-to-month rental in our budget! Since July (when we closed), she has gone with us to multiple open houses, sent us options, and is patient with us while we're trying to find "our" perfect home. We haven't found it yet, but we know Cherrie is there and trying to help us find the home we want.
And if you're ever in doubt, just ask about her annual events. She told us/invited us to an annual picnic she hosts with Zach. We pull up to her picnic and there were probably 500+ people there. That just shows the loyalty of her clients/vendors.

Zach.....He's my man! (not literally) Next Home Rockstars are a level above all others! Zach made this whole experience enjoyable, while keeping me in perspective. He listened to my concerns and needs, he exceeded in finding me my forever home!! Zach and his team went as far as to scout out the neighborhood and home model I wanted. I purchased a home that never even hit the market!! Rockstar team kept me informed, were easily accessible and accommodated my many needs.

I used Cherrie to sell a house, and then the next year I used her to buy my home. I have the utmost confidence in her. Cherrie is easy to communicate with, always timely in returning calls/texts. She has a great understanding of the real estate market, and knows just what your house needs in order to show well. She has a lot of sound advice based upon her vast experience, not to mention the crews and staff she uses are top-notch too. I can't say enough great things about Zach & Cherrie. I recently lost both my parents in a short amount of time and needed to sell my childhood home. Needless to say this was a heartbreaking situation. Zach handled it with the utmost care and respect. Zach was extremely helpful in my endeavor to buy my first home. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and there was a lot I did not know about the process, and he explained everything and was always very open and responsive to working with me. It felt like a team effort, which was great, because the process can be a lot when you're new to it. I was really impressed by his responsiveness and availability/flexibility. Just as an example - I contacted him about a property I wanted to see on a Thursday night and that Sunday he was already going to two open-houses with me. I had never worked with him before. We would text late in the evening while bidding on the home I ended up buying... Just overall, very available and gets the job done.

I honestly can’t say enough on how great it was to work with Cherrie and Zach. We had a horrible experience with a local realtor and when I got referred to Cherrie I was in need of someone to be able to come in quick and get it done while also presenting her with an abnormal request from the previous realtor. She took us and that request on without hesitation and sold our house 15K over ask in the first week, and when that buyer had an emergency she sold our place again for the same amount over ask again the next week. She navigated us through a very unique escrow experience and we ultimately closed and she got it done and we finally moved! The entire time she was awesome, had great communication and most importantly we trusted her. I also made a forever friend!

I never had to wait and they made it so easy to sign paperwork electronically.
