Realtor Tim Garrett explained every detail of selling my house along the way. Emails and texts were promptly answered. He got me a great price by making recommendations on repair and cosmetic issues that helped sell the property within one day of listing it. Tim oversaw the repairs after I left town and knows a whole network of professionals from painters to house cleaners that he called in to help me during a hectic time. Tim found us a great house in a great neighbor hood and did a wounderful job of handling all of the paperwork for the sale.

Tim then handled the sale of our old house. Tim told us what parts of the house needed to be cleaned up and how to present the house. Tim put the house on the market and a buyer contacted him within 3-days and the house was sold in 7-days with Tim taking the paperwork for the old house.

We are very pleased!!

We met Tim at an estate property he was selling. The house didn't quite meet our needs, but we were so impressed with Tim that we contacted him when we a serious search for a new home several months later.

Tim took all aspects of our search seriously; price, location, floor plan, size and taste. He showed us several properties, all of which were contenders. With his help, found our new home very quickly.

Tim made many positive recommendations that we had not considered. He pays attention to and is knowledgeable concerning structural and current electronic/technical ("smart house") details, and honestly pointed out pros and cons of each property we looked at.

We were impressed with Tim's pleasant personality, overall knowledge, expertise, honesty and patience. It was a great pleasure to work with him. The process could not have gone more smoothly, and we would recommend Tim for any real estate purchase.
