Brad has been absolutely amazing since the moment we met him. Rob was so helpful to my partner and I with purchasing our first home. He took time to educate us on the overall home buying process, and would give us information on what to look out for at each property we visited. He even got down on the ground to show us how to operate a gas fireplace in the home we ended up purchasing! “Thorough” isn’t enough to describe Rob and the Brandt Group. He never pushed our budget, never pressured us, and ensured we were comfortable on every step of our first foray into Real Estate. Brad was the listing agent for the property I purchased and my realtor was out of town when the property I wanted to buy came on the market. Brad made the process work by doing many of the services that my realtor should have done, including showing me the property, being present for the inspection, helping with the contract and so many extras that made the transaction work. I will use him when I sell my house - he's very easy to work with and has many excellent suggestions and resources to lessen the burden on the sellers. I would highly recommend Brad Brandt!

Rob is the absolute best realtor we could have asked for! From start to finish, it was such a smooth process. We are first time homeowners, and had a LOT questions.
