Katie Lynette Reoch

Katie is always on top of her game. I have worked with her on a number of notes and she goes outside the box multiple times to get the job done. For eg. we had a close contingent on a contingent on a contingent sale... dumb. Anyway, she worked her way all the way back through all these other notes/got the appraisers and loan officers on track and made it happen.

Shes always great to return flippant requests and has made multiple accommodations for my busy schedule. I've had the opportunity to work with multiple realtors; she is the best!
