Katie first came to our home to meet with us and tour our home. She took many pictures for our listing and learned about the upgrades we had made. She provided signage, booties and treats for those touring our home. Katie worked closely with us and the realtors showing our home with her always positive personality from beginning thru closing. For eg. we had a close contingent on a contingent on a contingent sale... dumb.
