Jose was of great assistance in our quest to sell our home and purchase a new one. He was extremely patient and showed us countless homes on a minute's notice. He was always professional even in my most challenging hour of selling our home before truly finding one we liked; never pressuring us - always giving us advice to ponder. We were able to find a very nice home and close on our old home without any issues. The pre-signing of the E documents cut out precious time of sitting at a closing. First of all, Im real thankful with Jose because he makes my house searching easier. Whenever I have any questions he always answers me, even if i send him a message he replys right away, and it doesnt matter if it was late or at night he would always help me. When he was at vacation he would still reply to me and im also thankful for that and the mose impressive thing is that whenever a house came to the market he sends me the info right away and he works to show me any house that i want to see. For those things I really really recommend Jose because hes going to make your house buying easier even if its your first house or second house, he works for you and hes always professional with his job.
