Antonette made an amazing effort in helping us find the house. The house we bought we originally said we will pass because we will get out bid. We passed but Antonette did her research and found out the property is still in the market with only one offer. We viewed the property and found out we are still within our budget and made a strong offer. Had she not been proactive in searching for our house and made the effort to call and check the agent, we probably would have missed out. Our offer was accepted and she worked right away to put our existing house in the market and received 7 strong offers. From the beginning to the end Antonette was very professional and knows how to navigate to win and to get us through the sale and buy process. I give her and A++ for extra work and determination.
