I used Cherrie to sell a house, and then the next year I used her to buy my home. I have the utmost confidence in her. Cherrie is easy to communicate with, always timely in returning calls/texts. She has a great understanding of the real estate market, and knows just what your house needs in order to show well. She has a lot of sound advice based upon her vast experience, not to mention the crews and staff she uses are top-notch too. When searching to buy a property, she really paid attention to my priority want list, and found me my dream home. I totally recommend using her services to anyone in the market of selling/buying a home.

I can't say enough great things about Zach & Cherrie. I recently lost both my parents in a short amount of time and needed to sell my childhood home. Needless to say this was a heartbreaking situation. Zach handled it with the utmost care and respect. I also live out of state and Zach was above and beyond with communication and helping handle matters at the home on my behalf. He delivered 100% of what he said he would do and this was the best real estate transaction I've ever had.

Zach was extremely helpful in my endeavor to buy my first home. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and there was a lot I did not know about the process, and he explained everything and was always very open and responsive to working with me. It felt like a team effort, which was great, because the process can be a lot when you're new to it. I was really impressed by his responsiveness and availability/flexibility. Just as an example - I contacted him about a property I wanted to see on a Thursday night and that Sunday he was already going to two open-houses with me. I had never worked with him before. We would text late in the evening while bidding on the home I ended up buying... Just overall, very available and gets the job done.

I honestly can’t say enough on how great it was to work with Cherrie and Zach. We had a horrible experience with a local realtor and when I got referred to Cherrie I was in need of someone to be able to come in quick and get it done while also presenting her with an abnormal request from the previous realtor. She took us and that request on without hesitation and sold our house 15K over ask in the first week, and when that buyer had an emergency she sold our place again for the same amount over ask again the next week. She navigated us through a very unique escrow experience and we ultimately closed and she got it done and we finally moved! The entire time she was awesome, had great communication and most importantly we trusted her. I also made a forever friend!

Sam was very helpful in all aspects of the buying process. Me and my husband are very happy and we definitely recommend Sam if you’re looking for a smooth process. It was our first home and he was and is very understanding and help us in all process.

Cherrie and Zach were on top of things. They sent me everything I needed. If i needed to sign right away, there it was waiting for me. I never had to wait and they made it so easy to sign paperwork electronically. It was great to work with both and I have to say, that if you need important documents to sign, they are the go to people. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Kelly did a wonderful job! She helped my husband and I, from start to finish to get our home. She helped us through some rough times but she didn't give up. She's a fresh of breath air. I've never seen anyone work as hard as she has and her knowledge is great! She was there day and night, whether it was by phone or text, she never let us down. I'm completely satisfied with everything she helped us accomplished. Thank you Kelly so much!!!

Even though I had multiple recommendations for a realtor to represent us, I also researched others and saw Next Home's top rating so I was compelled to meet with them. While my other options where strong, Next Home's offered many things the other's didn't including a clear full plan to prep our house for sale- significantly stronger than the competition. They also appeared to attain higher prices for their sales. Kelly Thomas took the lead but was also backed Cherrie and many others. Kelly was extreamly responsive to every call and email. Most things went smoothly and the things that didn't, which is certainly normal in any sale of this type, they took care of. We were able to have full control of when potential buyers viewed our property so we could maintain a decent level of privacy. We also thought the escrow company they used helped to make things very smooth. I would certainly recommend you meet with them prior to finalizing your representation so you can compare like I did. It was a simple decision and clearly lived up to their top rating.

I came into contact with Sam Narvell who is part of Cherrie and Zach’s team. I dont even know where to start with how incredible the experience was with them. The professionalism, the commitment, the dedication and most importantly to me, the patience they all exhibited with myself and my wife goes above and beyond words. Given this was the largest purchase we had ever made in our lives, there’s a lot that can go sideways and we put our full trust into cherrie and her team. Sam was always responsive, worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best deal possible for the sale of our home and then, with the help of Zach and cherrie, ensured we got the best deal possible for the purchase of our new home. Add a 1 year old into the mix and a schedule that neither my wife nor I have any say in, Sam was incredibly accommodating and always made sure that whether it was the open house or an inspection for closing, that it always accommodated our sons sleep schedule and still got us above asking price. Finally, they have an incredible service that I had never heard of before that acts as a personal concierge for your new home. Given the stress factor and the level of mental and physical exhaustion from the experience of selling and purchasing a home all within 45 days, the concierge helped to facilitate the activation of all of the services we would be using in our new home. I’m beyond happy with what Sam Narvell and Cherrie and Zach were able to do for our family and I will be using them and recommending them for any future real estate needs.

Sam did an amazing job being our realtor (and now friend). He helped us both sell our condo and secure our dream home. He was always available to answer questions in a timely manner, kind, and overall just pleasant to be around. He went over and beyond to help us get our condo sold, and calm any nerves that we had during this process. If there were any questions that he couldn’t not answer in the moment, he would always get back to us with answers. We would definitely recommend Sam to our family and friends, and the team he represents.

When we decided to sell our home, Cherrie was recommended to me by a good friend and it may be one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. She was professional and personable from start to finish. Her entire team was phenomenal in assisting every step of the way. The photos, videos and social media blasts were top notch. While Cherrie was focused on getting us the maximum sales price possible, she never lost sight of the fact that we were humans with real feelings and dogs to deal with. She did everything in her power to make the process as easy and painless as possible. We were thrilled with the price our house sold for and grateful that Cherrie was the one we chose to sell it for us.
