Michelle is a fantastic realtor to work with. She recently helped me buy my first home, guiding me through the ins and outs of the whole process (I just closed yesterday with little to no problems). She helped me overcome many challenges. For example, I had a low price range, which meant that, in a market with low inventory, houses were being snatched up quickly. But she put in a lot of work to make sure I was successful! She submitted 5 different written offers for me. Two were taken by cash offers from investors, and two were being sold by people who were unwilling to negotiate (Michelle helped me realize this and advised me to wisely walk away). I'm glad I ended up with the fifth house, which she helped me negotiate to below its appraisal value. Overall, Michelle showed me countless houses, was quick to respond to my questions, and was very knowledgeable about what I should expect at each step along the way. I would highly recommend working with her.
