Roseann is amazing. This market is incredibly tough and its inundated with inexperienced realtors that are out for themselves, only caring about making a sale or expanding their network. That’s not what you’ll find with Roseann. We started working with her in the summer of 2021 and only managed to find a house now, almost two and a half years later. We are first time homebuyers and were very quickly overwhelmed, but Roseann was incredible and held our hands throughout the whole process, patiently explaining everything and answering all our questions. We had some bumps along the very long road of our home buying journey and we would not have survived it (with our amazing home no less) had it not been for Roseann! We also need to give Jeannie a shoutout. Jeannie was incredibly helpful and was great during our walkthrough. She was inspecting everything, from the pipes for any dampness to the stove and microwave. Roseanne and Jeannie are the best duo!

I was very lucky to have Roseann O'Keefe as my seller agent ! At the beginning when thinking that I needed to sell my house, I was very nervous and did not know where and how to start. Roseann came in just like a good, old friend, with great patience, guided me through each step from the beginning to the end. She was always ready to help, always reachable for answering questions, providing advice, suggestions and recommendations. She was very detail-oriented and very efficient -- from the property's value analysis to educating me about the selling process, from preparing the house for sale (organizing the cleaning, staging, photography, etc) to opening the house for showing, and making sure a potential buyer is in a solid situation. She went to check the house several times after I moved out. She even helped to check my mailbox, and sent me the unforwarded mail using FedEx overnight delivery at her own cost, just in case there were any bills -- as if she had read my mind! Her professionalism, hard-working, and kindness had made my house-selling experience a wonderful and pleasant one! I strongly recommend Roseann, and wish her continued success in her business! Once again, thanks a lot to Roseann and her team!

There is no one else to hire other than Roseann. She invests her time and effort and her team in ways I didn't even predict. She attends her open houses, and she joins the buyer's agents when they are showing the house to answer questions immediately. We listed our house for the right price, and it sold for $50K over ask! To not hire Roseann is to compromise quality. Period.

For those who don’t know, Roseann was our listing broker/agent for this sale. She, and her team (including Jeannie Renzo), were absolutely FANTASTIC in ALL phases of the transaction. I can not recommend her more highly!! And there are so many facets to this process, and so it is critical that your agent possess many skills - of course, some of the basics like being: knowledgeable, competent, hardworking and strategic, but “Rosie”also possesses empathy, but can be a bulldog when needed. She’s tireless and always there for her clients. She’s both aggressive and tenacious, yet knows when to be the calming voice. Again, I can not recommend her more highly. Roseann is absolutely amazing, 5 stars are not enough! We came across Roseann when viewing a home she had listed, her knowledge of Green Brook left us super impressed and so we decided to reach out to her when we wanted to view another house. She was super responsive and quickly scheduled a time with us. She gave us candid counsel on the homes we viewed with her. During the closing process she was super responsive and always took the time to explain everything to us. The day we closed Roseann got us the cutest presents and also volunteered to stop by and check on the house when there was reno work going on since we lived an hour away and couldn't be there every day to make sure the house was locked up properly. Now that we've moved in, Roseann is still a text away if we have any questions or need any kind of support!! She's not only an excellent realtor, but a great human being as well. We can't recommend Roseann enough!!!!
