It was a pleasure working with Carlee, to sell my dad's house. Carlee was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Carlee was always there for us during the home buying process. She was always very flexible with our schedules so that we could see the homes that were listed. When we listed our house for sale the market starter to slow down, Carlee never stopped working for us, doing multiple open houses and helping us with recommendations for our property to help with getting interest and a potential buyer. She was always available for us anytime of day for any questions or concerns that we had, up until the day of closing, she was there to assist us. We really appreciated her work. I would highly recommend.

Carlee was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor, someone who doesn’t give up and can personally relate to you. We started our home buying process in early spring and just now finished our buying process, which for us was a really long time! Through that time, Carlee continued to reach out to us, show us houses, and offered honest advice. Carlee was definitely an asset for us purchasing our first home. Carlee was such a pleasure to work with! I am a first-time home buyer and Carlee made this process much less stressful. She was very flexible and timely. She went way above and beyond. She even wrote up an offer letter for us for a house on Mother's Day! She was on top of everything and pointed out things in homes that would need to be fixed. She is super friendly, but yet very professional. I would highly recommend Carlee to anyone who's looking to buy/sell.

We began working with Carlee in February to find a new home due to relocation. Carlee was a true pleasure to work with! We were impressed from our first meeting when we discussed selling our home. She arrived with a booklet of market research and appraisal information on our home; showcasing all of her time and work she put in prior to us even deciding to sell. She was professional yet very personable, and we were confident that she would be able to get the best price for our home. Carlee listened to our thoughts, perspectives, and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision on when to sell. When my husband and I started to look for a realtor to sell our home, it can be a bit overwhelming with all the questions you might be considering when putting your house on the market. Carlee's knowledge with the sway of the market is comforting. She is there to listen to your concerns, provide excellent feedback, and having an easy going communication overall was wonderful. I am so glad I picked Carlee as my realtor from NextHome Realty. I tried a long time to sell a property with no buyers in sight. She is diligent in getting people to look at the property, explained things to me to help sell the property (which were common sense things which I never thought of) and answered each and every question I presented to her. She kept me updated at all times and always wore a smile. After, I believe, four days (it may have been a full week), a buyer made an offer on the property and she walked me through the procedure of transferring ownership. She was a jewel. I would highly recommend Carlee as the person to seek out to help anyone who wants to sell a property.

Carlee did an amazing job helping us find a house we loved and even though the process didn't go as planned, she didn't give up or let us give up while overcoming the hurdles. She was there to help answer any questions we had along the way and if she didn't know right away she would find the answers and relay them to us extremely quickly. Carlee was super helpful for us in our purchase. She was flexible, organized, and responsive to our schedules and requests. I would say that the most helpful things was that I was always able to count on her to keep us on track with all our timelines and requirements, which was very helpful as we had a unusually long time between our offer and closing with our purchase.

She was easy to work with, and had an insanely fast response time to any questions you may have along the way. There are a lot of realtors in the Stevens Point area so it can be hard to know who to pick. Go with Carlee she is worth it!

From our first meeting with Carlee we knew it was a perfect fit. One word comes to mind and that word is Integrity, Honest, Trustworthy, Helpful, Attentive, Hard Working and Very Professional. I know I said one word to describe Carlee and our experience but there is no way one word can describe what a wonderful experience we had with her and NextHome Realty.

Carlee was amazing to work with. For first time home buyers she made the process a breeze. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had every step of the process. She was also very compassionate because this was a hard thing to do after dad passed away. Love, love, love her!!!!! We bought property. In hindsight, I'm thinking about how we as clients unknowingly bring our own baggage into a relationship with a real estate agent -including past real estate experience, personality, expectations, and likely more emotion than we are aware of. No matter how we all differ in that, be assured that Carlee will treat you respectfully, with honesty, and with top-notch communication. For example, we had lots- I mean lots- of questions. When Carlee did not have an immediate answer, there was no hesitance with seeking one. Sometimes that meant waiting for others to respond to her; Carlee stayed abreast of communicating the status of that wait, without us ever requesting an update.
