Selling a house is no small task, and honestly, there were definitely moments when we thought, “What did we get ourselves into?!” 😂 Thankfully, Josh was there to keep us sane and somehow make the whole process feel way less overwhelming.
He was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions (and there were A LOT 😂), and worked hard to get our house sold. He kept us updated, talked us through everything, and always made us feel like he genuinely had our best interests in mind.
Josh went above and beyond for us, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He made a stressful process a whole lot easier—and we’re pretty sure he deserves a medal for putting up with us! 😂

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our home! Nate went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make everything feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer our questions or help us work through anything that came up.
One moment that really stands out was when we found the house we knew we wanted and needed to get an offer in quickly with a short deadline. Nate literally took the time to type up our offer while he was on his way to the State Track Meet! That moment really showed us how dedicated he was to helping us and making sure we didn’t miss out on a home that was so important to us.
Having known Nate as a longtime friend and fellow track coach, we already knew how much we valued him as a person. Getting to have him guide us through such an important milestone made the experience that much more special. He genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and was there for us every step of the way. We always knew we could count on him, whether we had a question, needed advice, or just needed someone in our corner.
Buying a home is such a huge decision, and we feel incredibly fortunate that we got to have someone we already trusted and respected by our side. Ashely was so amazing to us in our first home-buying experience. She was always ahead of the game and really took the time to make sure we understood the whole process from start to finish. I was impressed with how excited and enthusiastic Jillian was to sell our home. She was very communicative and even hired a drone to take aerial photos. Her pictures of our house were fantastic and as soon as she put it for sale there were lots of views and we had a tour of the house and an offer on the 6th day, and we accepted. Jillian made the closing easy too. We would recommend Jillian to anyone!

When we purchased our first home on the east coast, we went through multiple realtors and ended up disappointed with the overall experience. Our time working with Nate was the exact opposite. First and foremost, Nate cares. He took the time to understand what we desired in a new home and the different needs of our family. It felt that once he understood what we wanted, he then figured out where to insert his professional and personal opinions to help guide us further.
