It was a great experience working with Jason and Robert during our buying process. They are experts on the numbers side along with advising on modernizing the home and keeping in mind the return on the projects. They were constantly giving us updates during the pre closing phases and ensured everything stayed on schedule. We ended up closing a day early than planned, even after some delays on the VA loan side. I felt like I knew a lot about real estate prior to buying this home, and was surprised that I learned a lot more during this purchase. They took the time to answer my questions and explain areas of the process that I was unsure on.

We started talking to Jason about selling our house a year ago. He came to our house having done research on his own, with a fully bound book that layed out everything for us! He was patient while we waited to finally list in May. He guided us through the entire process step by step helping us make a few tweaks here and there. Jason took our calls and text messages at all times of the day. We tried to keep it to business hours. We would 100% recommend Jason Phillips!

Jason was truly amazing. We are moving from out of state with 3 small children and he has gone above and beyond to help us in every single part of the process - and continues to do so. Jason was a great asset as he is also a home builder. He was able to point out possible issues with homes that we normally wouldn't have noticed. He was always available for the numerous questions we seemed to have through this somewhat daunting process of buying a home in a seller's market. He easily navigated working with the listing agent who at some points would simply ignore our questions. Overall, I can't thank Jason enough and we are extremely happy with our new home!

He is so knowledgeable about Real Estate and is always looking to continue his education and keep updated with all the new trends and regulations. We had some struggles during closing with the loan company and with closing costs but with Jason’s help, we were able to get in at an affordable cost.
