Holly was great to work with. She was our eyes and ears since we lived 9 hours away and was able to do virtual tours with us online. She made it possible for our family to get an offer in on our dream home which was accepted! She also gave us a great loan officer recommendation which made the loan process so easy! Holly was amazing from start to finish! As first-time home buyers, we were not knowledgeable about the process of buying a home. She walked us through everything - answered all of our questions and was available for what seemed like 24-7. She was thorough in walking through the houses with us and giving her opinion when asked - but letting us do the major decision making. This made us very comfortable, and we felt very much in control of our purchase - meaning she was not pushy at all!!!

When the offer on our home was accepted, she contacted us late at night to let us know as we were very patiently waiting to hear. She celebrated with us and was as excited as we were when everything went through. I cannot say enough good things about Holly and recommend working with her if you are in the search for a home or selling your home. Holly is the absolute best!!

Our first time working with Holly and it was a fantastic experience. We contacted her on a Saturday, she showed the property to us on a Sunday and by Monday we submitted an offer which was accepted on Tuesday. She was always available to answer questions and was always one step ahead of the game. Everything went according to plan and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Holly to anyone. We will definitely utilize her services in the future.

Holly did a fantastic job for us. We were quite specific on the area we wanted to live in, and we were not pressured to look at other houses in other areas. When we did find the house we liked, and we put an offer on it, Holly helped us every step of the way. She followed up with emails asking if we had any questions and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend Holly to anyone buying or selling a house.

Holly was wonderful to work with. We met with her 2 years ago when we were visiting the area from Hawaii in preparation to move to WI. Holly stayed in touch with us while we were in Hawaii getting ready for the big move. She was so easy to work with, even late at night, as we got closer to closing. She made the process of buying our new home wonderful.

Holly came highly recommended by some friends/neighbors of Mom so we were pleased to work with her. She got Mom’s house listed, organized and cleared unwanted items, held a successful estate sale, and got the house ready for sale. She brought us multiple offers within 3 weeks of our first meeting!

Holly took the time to communicate during the whole process, was always available to talk, and made this project so much easier for us. I would highly recommend Holly, she’s awesome!

Holly did wonderful in the selling of my dads house this spring. She was very easy to work with and listened to my needs along with lots of suggestions on what to have done prior to selling to get the most out of the sale. Holly was always available if I had questions and very easy to work with. She sold my dads rentals before he passed away. My dad checked several different realtors prior to signing up with Holly, and she was the only realtor that came out to his house and sat down with him to explain and answer questions. All the others only did phone consults. That was a big deal to my dad who was in sales all his life. Holly really likes to be in person and take time to make sure you understand and are happy.
