Josh was an amazing realtor who helped us buy our house completely virtually. After trying to buy a house with another realtor and realizing how manipulative the housing market was Josh was a breath of fresh air! He really cares about his clients.

He doesnt care if you buy a house, he cares if you're happy. He took the time to go over everything with us so we didn't get scammed or buy something overpriced with defects. He was also very knowledgeable about housing needs/appliances like electrical amp requirements, well pumping, etc.

Its also a bonus that he participates in the homes for heros program and provides veterans with major discounts. Very ethical, authentic, and honest realtor.

Josh sold our home for us in 1 day when we moved out of the Stevens Point area. 6 years ago, when moving back we connected with him again and he worked with us in the current, crazy market to purchase our new home.
