Rick helped us find our first home in 2013, and went to bat to get us an incredible deal and a home we absolutely loved. When we were ready to move 7 years later, we immediately thought of Rick. He was just as patient and caring with our questions as he was the first time around, and easily navigated us through critical conversations to help us determine our budget, the area in which we wanted to live, and more.

We ended up finding the home of our dreams, selling our home, and moving all during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while I think that some of these things worked themselves out by chance, I do believe the transitions would not have been nearly as smooth, and would have been much more stressful without Rick by our side.

We plan to stay here until we get tired of doing steps, but when the kids go off to college and we're ready to downsize, we will call Rick to help us! He's more than our realtor. He's a friend forever.

I would recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy a home. Rick conducts himself in the most professional of ways. He explains things well, is 100 percent reliable, is
a good communicator, in touch when he says he will be, and just a generally really nice guy. He is more than willing to help arrange things such as an inspection and closing company particulars, etc., was incredibly helpful explaining things to me about the process as we went along, and negotiated on my behalf. He loves what he does which makes it that much more of a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon Rick when I requested an agent to contact me for a house on sale in Fineview, Pittsburgh. Rick returned that call. I have been interested in purchasing a rental property for over 7 years. My interest started with attending many Pittsburgh Historical Landmark neighborhood tours. During that time, I have also worked with a few realtors from different companies. Somehow, they were not a good fit due to lack of knowledge, narrow focus, etc. When Rick drove me around the different neighborhoods and gave me an overview of the market, demographics and rental opportunities available, I immediately knew he knows "his stuff". Rick was initially the Seller’s agent but acted as a Dual agent helping us through any question we could think of while in the process of buying a home. Rick handled the purchase of my ‘downsizing ‘ home. He identified a number of potential homes and ultimately the one I purchased. It was a challenging deal with multiple contingencies, challenging seller, and multiple offers on this house. Rick was great throughout the whole process - sound advice, very responsive, and very engaged in the details of the process. Having dealt with other agents in the past who communicated poorly, Rick was a refreshing change. I can’t recommend Rick strongly enough. Rick’s got a personality that will mesh with anyone and you won’t be disappointed in your experience with him!
