Unmatched performance, service and experience - simply amazing - wouldn’t do another deal without Rick Brown.
Rick helped us find our first home in 2013, and went to bat to get us an incredible deal and a home we absolutely loved. When we were ready to move 7 years later, we immediately thought of Rick. He was just as patient and caring with our questions as he was the first time around, and easily navigated us through critical conversations to help us determine our budget, the area in which we wanted to live, and more.
We ended up finding the home of our dreams, selling our home, and moving all during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while I think that some of these things worked themselves out by chance, I do believe the transitions would not have been nearly as smooth, and would have been much more stressful without Rick by our side.
We plan to stay here until we get tired of doing steps, but when the kids go off to college and we're ready to downsize, we will call Rick to help us! He's more than our realtor. He's a friend forever.

I stumbled upon Rick when I requested an agent to contact me for a house on sale in Fineview, Pittsburgh. Rick returned that call. I have been interested in purchasing a rental property for over 7 years. My interest started with attending many Pittsburgh Historical Landmark neighborhood tours. During that time, I have also worked with a few realtors from different companies.
