Sara did a great job with out daughter's home purchase a few years back and so we were happy to engage with her as we also were also looking in the Portland area.
We found a house in Tigard we toured on a whim and it was spectacular, it also had a relocation company with a say on the sale and they would not take a contingent offer (hence why it was still available). Sara worked with her mortgage broker Tom and they were able to put together a plan for us to make a cash offer as a separate transaction and not be bound by any contingency.
And it was a great offer, fair to the seller but well negotiated in our favor as the buyer.
I can't imagine there are many other realtors who would put so much time and effort into such a technically difficult transaction and handle it so smoothly and with such attention to detail. We could not have done this without Sara, our great thanks to her for all the efforts. We could not be happier.

From day one Sara was flexible, honest, friendly and upfront with us about the process of selling, the timing of it all and how she was pricing it. My husband wasn't the easiest to deal with! He had a million questions for each thing he signed, inspections, etc. Sara was not only patient with him but answered every question he had without making him feel like he was wasting her time. Our house sale took some twists and turns and we could not have navigated it without Sara. She went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend.

Sara was a great advocate to have while purchasing a home. She clearly had our best interests in mind throughout the process. She brought helpful insight based on her experiences but never tried to steer us toward what would be easiest for her. We appreciated that Sara communicated clearly and thoroughly.
