From day one Sara was flexible, honest, friendly and upfront with us about the process of selling, the timing of it all and how she was pricing it. My husband wasn't the easiest to deal with! He had a million questions for each thing he signed, inspections, etc. Sara was not only patient with him but answered every question he had without making him feel like he was wasting her time. Our house sale took some twists and turns and we could not have navigated it without Sara. She went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend.

Sara was a great advocate to have while purchasing a home. She clearly had our best interests in mind throughout the process. She brought helpful insight based on her experiences but never tried to steer us toward what would be easiest for her. We appreciated that Sara communicated clearly and thoroughly. She also proved she was a skilled negotiator. She was friendly, patient and a joy to work with. I only have positive things to say about her and I will definitely recommend Sara to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home.
