Working with Sarah has been such a positive experience! Over the last year, Sarah was our agent for both purchasing and selling. Sarah did exceptional work when we purchased our home last year, we had no doubts she would be the right fit to be the agent to sell our house when it was ready to be listed on the market. After having had 2 negative experiences with realtors within the last few years I hand picked Sarah for our most recent transaction. My bar was set pretty high on what I was going to expect from our new realtor and Sarah passed with flying colors. I was not disappointed.
There were delays throughout the process and Sarah was on top of it the entire way, offering to go above and beyond to get the information that was needed to move the transaction along for us.

Sarah went above and beyond when helping me find and purchase my first home. She was always available and knowledgeable while helping to navigate this competitive and tricky market. I never felt pressure to buy. She went with me on so many tours until I finally found the right home. Even after closing, she remained available to answer other questions I had. A few days before our original closing, something happened to the house, we had to postpone our closing date. She was our avacate for my husband and I when we were beyond stressed about the situation.

recommended agent via the Zillow app. Sarah quickly established contact with us. As we were out of state buyers she spent time thoroughly discussing our pros and cons for a new property. Armed with our "wishlist" she was able to select appropriate properties meeting out criteria. Our showings were via "facetime" which were detailed and timely.
