Mary Ann was great! She worked with us to upgrade our home with features she knew would help us sell quickly. When we were ready to sell, in a less than ideal time of the selling season, her team jumped into action, staged our house and produced a very nice 3-D video tour for potential buyers to see online. She also arranged for an open house 2 days after the house was on the market. The house sold the first day of the open house. We were so pleased to have that chapter of our lives complete and happy that we could focus on building our new house. She was always professional, patient, and thoughtful.
