Penny is not only a friend but has been my realtor on a few buying and selling of homes. She was so correct in what she advised me to pay attention to in readying our house for listing, as I was concerned over every little issue. She was right. Being as it had been a while since I sold my last house, she kept me updated on all the new processes and procedures. The home sold very quickly with multiple offers. She was able to decipher the legal terminology in the different contracts offered in order for us to choose the best one. It worked! Penny has been in the business for over 30 years, therefore knowing the best route to take when selling and buying!
