Mary Ann is a fantastic realtor and person.
She was very professional, had thoroughly researched all current listings and past sales activity for "comp" houses and developed a great action plan to sell our house. While she was assertive and had excellent recommendations, she was always ready to listen and discuss our point of view.
She also brought forward a number of suggestions as to better improve the "showing" of our house - many which were inexpensive, but created a better atmosphere to buyers. She also brought in many of her own "staging" items such as decorative pillows, vases, candles, etc.
The house was professionally photographed, including the use of a drone for overhead views.
After developing a great sales plan and with her direction and guidance, our house sold in two days.
However, for as great as she was as a realtor, Mary Ann is a greater person. All she did for us was from her heart. She was always available and "there" for us. She always made the extra effort to ensure that all was going well, kept us thoroughly informed and always asked if there was anything she could do to for us all the time.
Mary Ann is the greatest and she has our highest recommendations as a Realtor and as a Person.

Mary ann and her team did a great job in keeping us up to date with the whole selling and buying process. The marketing done by Mary Ann I believe attracted many buyers and more importantly the right buyers. The price was right on. I remember other agents we spoke to before signing with Mary Ann and NextHome were criticizing our home for being too outdated, 11 years old, so it would not bring a premium price. Mary Ann helped Paul and I find our retirement home. After we selected the community we wanted to build in, she was with us every step of the way. She went to every meeting with us. Her knowledge of home construction was invaluable. She pointed out so many things that we wouldn't have known to look for or ask about at different points in the process. Her involvement didn't stop at the closing. As we haven't moved in yet, she has been so helpful in dealing with various people who are doing a few projects in the house. This will be the 6th time we've moved and Mary Ann is the best realtor we have worked with yet.

When we were ready to sell, in a less than ideal time of the selling season, her team jumped into action, staged our house and produced a very nice 3-D video tour for potential buyers to see online. I could not have asked for anything more in a realtor. Mary Ann thoroughly explained every step of the home buying process, which as a first time home buyer I greatly appreciated. I felt that she had my best interest in mind - pointing out issues and potential items of concern while looking at properties. From the very first moment we contacted her, she was immediately responsive and began scheduling home showings for us the very next day! Not only did she coordinate a few showings, because we were new to the area, she also offered us additional options of communities and spent several hours with us touring those areas beyond what we initially requested. Mary Ann Wilson is a very knowledgeable realtor. She listened to us and showed us properties that met our criteria. She was also very responsive in showing us properties that we found online. She is a strong negotiator, always keeping our best interests at the forefront. She did all of the leg work during due diligence, setting up inspectors, surveyors, etc. She also helped us find contractors for some home improvements we were interested in doing. Mary Ann is an exceptional agent--the best I've ever seen. She worked with us for almost six months to find us the perfect house. Particularly noteworthy was the research she did that prevented us from buying a house we liked very much, but that was going to have a freeway built on top of it. For that alone, she deserves the highest marks. When we finally placed a contract on a house, Mary Ann served as our surrogate when we could not be in-state for portions of the negotiations. While doing the, she represented our interests as well if not better than we would have. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and her energy and drive to obtain the best deal for us ensured that we achieved our goals in buying this house
