Michael Heifner helped two of my family members get houses so I used him you will not fined a better realtor I live in Colorado and did everything over the phone Michael helped me every step of the way he was very easy to get ahold of and very easy to work with he helped me with getting the bug guy out to spray the yard and the guy for the house inspection and how many realtors will go to your house and mows the yard and it was a large yard that took a few hours to do I’m sure you will not find a better realtor than Michael Hefner.

Michael was the best! This was our first home buying experience and Michael helped explain everything so we always knew what was going on. Whenever an issue arose, he was always on top of it, getting all the information to us and finding a solution. Not only was he organized and communicative, he was always super personable and approachable, so we never felt dumb asking him a question. Should the need arise, we’ll definitely call Michael again for help buying/selling a home. :)

Our realtor in Orlando set us up with Michael, it was a perfect fit since our very first conversation.
