Rhonda helped us tremendously throughout the process. She was able to give us recommendations on people who could get the services completed to meet the timeframe to close on our house within 30 days of putting in the offer. We were able to move in to our new home within that timeframe.

Tanya was very warm and friendly from the very first time meeting with her. She listened well, took us to as many or few listings as we wanted, was always available to show us a listing or answer questions! We had a lot of questions! She never tried to push us toward something we didn’t like, but was very upfront and informative on different areas/locations, schools, resale, neighborhood atmosphere, etc. Being brand new to the area, that was super helpful.

Michael Heifner was an outstanding realtor with a relational approach to his profession. Moving and picking a home is a big deal and involves emotions, he was gracious to walk us through all the parts of listing our home, looking for a new one, and having hard conversations during the negotiation phase. He also walks with integrity and honor, never once making you feel like you're there to pad his pocketbook, but rather a human making a huge life-changing decision. We have bought and sold 2 homes with him in the past 10 years and I would 100% go with him again.

Ok so I'm not sure words can express how amazing she was with her knowledge, patience with us and overall care about helping us find exactly what we wanted but it was the best home buying experience I've ever had. She was there from start to finish and then some between the late night calls and early morning emails I know she was there for us all the way.
