We met Brenda thru our oldest son. He had used her to purchase his condo. She was an absolute delight. She had personality plus. A few months later we contacted her to sell a 2nd property,a condo. She came out wrote the contract,next day had the photos. It was 2 days later our property was in every outlet for property listings possible. I believe it was 2 days and we had it under contract. Due to financing issues the buyer was unable to obtain financing. Fear not within the week we had another contract for a cash offer and it was within 2 weeks we closed.
