Brenda is a 10/10 rock solid agent in any time, but especially during this one. For a first time home buyer, finding a home wasn't easy and it was a delicate, push/pull process full of peaks and valleys, not to mention tons of industry lingo and stuff that could bog down anyone who wasn't well versed (i.e. myself).

She made the entire process easy to understand. Even better, she was the best type of agent, patient and thorough. Never felt like she was trying to get one on me or push me to an outcome that wasn't the best for me. I can definitively say that I loved my time with her and I'm extremely satisfied with my result. Not only were we on a tight timeline due to a job transfer, we are expecting our third child and this was during the Covid pandemic. So, beyond her expertise and knowledge of the market and pricing, she was on top of health concerns and changing regulations also. I'm so thankful we listened to her guidance for listing our house. We met Brenda thru our oldest son. He had used her to purchase his condo. She was an absolute delight. She had personality plus. A few months later we contacted her to sell a 2nd property,a condo. She came out wrote the contract,next day had the photos. It was 2 days later our property was in every outlet for property listings possible. I believe it was 2 days and we had it under contract. Due to financing issues the buyer was unable to obtain financing. Fear not within the week we had another contract for a cash offer and it was within 2 weeks we closed.
