Rael is knowledgeable and most important responsive. She immediately provided direct ways to contact her once we started working together and always responded promptly. Of course having a great attitude really helps as well. All of us are busy professionally and what we want is someone who knows the landscape and can handle real estate issues effectively. What is most telling about Rael is that she would periodically check in to see how things are going and if I needed anything. In my business , that is the sign of a professional with great client care and guaranteed it will lead to retention and referrals.

My wife and I were contemplating the purchase of a small rental house. We felt that not only could a good real estate agent guide us in that endeavor but could also help us get to a neighbor that rents well. Rael had the patience to put up with us as we were having a hard time trying to decide the best way to go. Rael helped me purchase my home in 2009. She was extremely helpful. With how quick the homes were selling I thought it would never be possible working 16 hrs a day. I could only look at homes on the weekends and that wasn't working. After looking for months and us loosing houses simply because of my work schedule, Rael decided to take the initiative and walk me through the homes via video. I fell in love and trusted she knew what I wanted at this point. I was right! I fell in love she wrote the offer, came to my work to have me sign in and the rest was history. I would highly recommend Rael as I have never known a Realtor to go above and beyond and truly care as much as she showed during my home buying process.
