This man, If I could give him 10 stars or more I would. He was initially helping us find a house and we decided we’d like some land. I found the land and asked him if he could still be my agent and of course he could and he made sure to make contracts and read through everything to protect us from anything and everything. & also gave us some encouragement and said if he was my father he would be so proud, and he’s a Christian and shared it loud a proud so in my book this man is 100% the real deal and I would trust him with ANYTHING. You’re wasting your time if you’re not working with Steve, the most qualified honest and qualified businessman I’ve ever met.

Steve was so helpful and informative in the sale of our home! We had so many questions and uncertainty since this was our first time selling a home. Steve was amazing! He is the first realtor we have ever worked with, and we never felt lost or like we didn't know what to expect. If we had questions, he kept talking us through it until we understood. We felt like he had our best interest at heart the whole time. He showed us he was willing to go above and beyond for us, several times, and he knows his stuff. We will definitely call him again and recommend him to our friends and family!

I highly recommend Steve! He was really good at assessing what my needs were and then found the perfect house that fit my budget. Everything went smoothly and Steve was quick to take care of any issues that came up. He was also excellent in communicating with the seller so we were all on the same page. I would use Steve again!

Steve is an AMAZING realtor! He went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to help us through the sale of our home and purchasing a new home. The sale of our home did not go by the book and he along with some other outstanding realtors worked together to help produce the outcome we hoped for. Steve will go to bat for you and help you sell your current home or purchase the home of your dreams. Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. We shared details of what we were looing for and like clock work he provided us with homes that fit those details. Although it took us over a year to find the right home he stuck in there and helped us the whole way. I highly recommend Steve Spelce if you're looking to buy a new home.

I was honestly still in a state of shock after my home burned when a mutual friend of ours told me Steve was now an agent. I decided to use him to find a new home. Steve lead me patiently but persistently to find a fantastic new home within 2 weeks of the fire. And then Steve facilitated the sale of my burned home to an investor. We literally closed both homes at the same sitting. I'm very pleased that I chose Steve. Great guy and a hard worker. I feel Steve definitely went the extra mile for me and made me a priority. Steve was very active in my search for a new home, I told him an idea of what i was looking for and he only sent me the houses he thought were a match based off the info I provided him and based off the houses I liked after viewing. Steve was able to get my house sold in about 3 days, place my offer on the house i wanted the same week. Steve was very active in negotiating with the other realtors about things that came up in the inspection and followed up with me about everything. I was never left in the dark about ANYTHING. Even still to this day I can call him and he is there and available to answer any questions or problems I may have.

After deciding on our home at 9pm by 7am Steve had done enough research on the home to help us be confident in negotiating an offer. We met Steve at a builders open house. We had a great conversation with him and he helped educate us on the different areas and builders in Lubbock. We were looking for our retirement home and actually found it very quickly. Steve helped us navigate the construction process (we live in Houston) remotely and kept us up to date and informed throughout the build. He sent pictures and information on a regular basis to keep us in the loop. He also recommended a very friendly and efficient mortgage broker who made the entire process easy. Steve is so personable you feel like you've made a great new friend, but at the same time you've known him forever. Buying a new home and making the move from Frisco to Lubbock by far has been the largest life change for our family to date. Steve took the time to understand our situation and started helping us plan over nine months ago. When the time was finally right, he made it happen within weeks.
