Working with Libby has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is she an expert negotiator, but she took the lead on all aspects of the sale and throughout the due diligence period. She is a wealth of knowledge and has connections for just about anything you need. If anyone can get you across the finish line seamlessly and efficiently, it is Libby. Can't thank her enough!

Libby did a phenominal job for me. My house had been on the market for 200 days with another realtor before Libby came on the scene. To be fair, the For Sale sign went on my lawn the day everything closed because of Covid. Libby had taught both of my grandchildren and she asked if she could help me as I was in despair. She became my realtor and did everything she could to sell the house. She used technology, she used contacts and stayed with me the entire way until we SOLD the house.
I cannot recommend her highly enough. To give you an example, I am in my eighties and when she became my realtor she cleaned my house since it had been on the market for so many days.
She always answered my questions and advised me on a myriad of things that arise when a house is sold.
I would tell anyone that they should use her as their realtor because they cannot hire anyone better.

Libby was instrumental in helping us select our new home. She took an active interest in all the showings and found out key information that would help us make our decisions.
