There are not enough adjectives to describe Nick Paape’s ability as a professional realtor. Being the seller, we couldn’t have asked for better representation.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable on local issues and sales data. He was very responsive and timely across multiple issues. He was very open to client questions and encouraged client input and/or opinions. He didn’t just tell you what to set the sales price at , what to do, what to accept from the buyer. He really wanted the seller input. Finally, he was very timely in follow through and updates.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Nick! He answered any questions we had and kept us updated in the process of selling our home. He was always quick to respond to any texts, emails, or phone calls. Selling our home couldn't have been easier! Nick did a great job listing it and advertising it, and we were under contract just a few days after the listing! We have already closed, and the whole process was seamless. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences one ever lives through. Finding the right person to help you through those times is all important. Happy to say we found that person in Nick Paape. Nick is great to work with. He's no-nonsense, low key, thorough, never pushes, just gets the job done. And he is one heck of a nice guy! That's quite a combination. In addition, he is greatly respected by the other realtors with whom he works. We witnessed that at the closing of the sale of our home when the buyers' realtor went out of her way to thank Nick for facilitating the transaction in such an amiable way for all parties, and that she looked forward to the time when she could work with him again. We moved here from Michigan and was on, what we felt, a tight timeline to find a home. Nick was with us all the way. From locating homes, to answering questions (anytime of day or night). He is a very friendly down to earth kind of professional, which is hard to find. His concern was for us to find the home that we wanted. Our home adventure took us from Sarasota/Venice to North Port. After, visiting many homes (we where being very picky), we found our home in North Port. Thank you Nick for answering all the "sane and insane" questions, and for your patience. You truly made the "house adventure" feasible and enjoyable.
