For me there was a lot of pressure, stress and anxiety involved in buying a home. Vanessa really helped mitigate all of those by being there every step of the way to answer any questions that we had throughout the process. Would totally recommend 10/10 times!

I was referred to Vanessa Anderson by Melissa Howe to purchase my first house. What a wonderful experience I had throughout this entire home buying process! All of my questions were answered before I could even ask them, and we were able to find a house, put in an offer, sign a contract, and close within one month. In fact, I was able to close just 10 business days after signing the contract! Vanessa was attentive, caring, empathetic, and her attention to detail was impressive. I would recommend her to anyone. Vanessa was amazing to work with when I bought my home a few years ago, and it was an easy decision to reach back out when it was time to sell. She constantly had our best interest in mind and worked incredibly hard to make sure we were satisfied. As someone new to home buying and selling, she was a guide that was always there to help. Vanessa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive throughout my home buying process (I am a first time home owner). Our agent Vanessa provided the best experience we could ever ask for. While our family was on a roller coaster of buying our home, Vanessa seemed to have everything so under control. She was always available for questions, concerns, advise, and support. We would never ask for anyone besides her for our moving needs.

She didn’t make us feel like another client. She made us feel like she was taking care of part of her family.

We moved halfway across the U.S., so she became our eyes, ears, and nose ?? inside the homes we were looking for. She took videos of the home for us to give us a better feel of the layout.

If you want the best out there, call her. We liked texting though. She always made time for us.

I have to tell you Vanessa definitely hung in there we went through a lot of hell because of COVID-19 trying to close on our house she literally stuck with us for over six months of nonstop aggravation and never gave up if I ever need another house I will definitely use her and I would recommend her to anybody she’s one of the good people
