There were some issues that came up with the build, lender and others, but Shaun was in constant communication with us during all of it and helped to get it all ironed out. In working with an agent from afar I was a little reluctant to put my exceptions to high. Boy was I wrong, Shaun was by far the best agent we could have wanted to work with. It all started on day one with a personal video message introducing himself to us and let us know what we could expect in working with him. All along the process of looking online to requesting details, and finally viewing what seemed like a million homes. We also never felt any pressure from him to make any decision one way or the other. Shaun was extremely helpful and patient showing some out of towners over 40 homes in the Boise area. Over the course of a few weeks we were able to look houses in Star, Meridian, Kuna and Boise. We developed priorities and ended up purchasing in Kuna. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and is very transparent on how everything works.
In the house we purchased, he was the one to notice that the vinyl plank flooring was bubbling up and would need to be replaced. This was very helpful to get additional closing costs to cover the replacement flooring.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, thanks Shaun!

Shaun is an amazing person and he definitely does not treat you like you are just another transaction. The market was a little rough for our range and he helped us look at a lot of houses or the months we searched. Always cared about what our needs were and things affected us. Very detailed in the process too as any questions he made sure were answered clearly and to our satisfaction. Shaun recently helped me sell the home of my aging parents in South Seattle. He had two strikes against him from the get-go. First of all, my parents didn't want to move, and second, I live in Helena, MT! But Shaun rose to the challenge and got us the best price possible. He and I spent many hours on the phone and I learned of his unwavering integrity and his foundational desire that we end up with not only the best price, but also the best selling experience. And he made that happen. Not only did he work hard for us in the office and on the phone, but on-site as well. Since I couldn't be there to do some of the grunt work necessary to make the sale, Shaun took it upon himself to get dirty and get the job done. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Selling a home is a very emotional event even in the best of circumstances; the sale of my parents' home was fraught with emotional circumstances hardly to be imagined.
