Peter is THE MAN! This is my family and I’s 2nd deal with Peter with the first being 6 years ago (as sellers). When selling our home in Roy, WA Peter treated our home as his own and was meticulous and responsive to both our needs and potential buyers needs. David was great to work with throughout the process, using his local contacts at the county, etc. to find out what was needed to obtain a Lot certification for the property. He communicated with the buyer’s realtor and kept us in the loop On the process. After the first two buyers backed out due to wetland issues, he worked with the third buyer’s realtor to allow extra time for the wetlands study to be completed.
David represented us when we sold our rental in October of this year. Davis did an excellent, professional job and I highly recommend him. His communication was great throughout the process, we financially benefited from his suggestions, Sincerely, Mark & Pam

I tried to sell an office building I had when I retired. Having no success I listed it with David. He sold it in 2 weeks for 50k more than I was willing to settle for if I had to. He helped me draft the necessary contract so I could offer financing to my buyer. He earned his money many times over on this transaction.
