I understand that every sell is different and they can not always be perfect, but I believe her advice is what helped our house sell quick! Within hours of our listing, we had multiple showings booked. By the end of the first day, we had an offer and a week's worth of showings booked. By the end of the second day, we had multiple offers! Nicole was recommended to me by a friend. I am so thankful for this because she was amazing. In this terrible Market she was able to get my condo sold and was on top of everything unbelievably. There was never a moment of lapse of communication between both of us, she was chronically posting and leading me every way possible. She had amazing contacts and when I needed to dust she would go there and do it for me. Even her inspectors that inspected my new place were amazing and didn't try to rip me off by getting kickbacks from the companies that they dealt with. I would highly recommend her.

Choosing Nicole Polfliet as our real state agent has been the best decision we have made when purchasing our new home. Nicole did an amazing job at getting my house sold. She not only sold my house quickly but handled some very difficult challenges prior to closing making the deal go smoothly and with very little stress for me. The day of closing was the morning after hurricane Helen hit. My house was damaged and the damage caused a delay in closing while repairs were being made. Nicole, while dealing with her own home’s damages and lack of power went above and beyond to help find contractors and coordinate repairs so that the closing could be done despite the area being without power and cell service. I would give Nicole ten stars if I could!
