Choosing Nicole Polfliet as our real state agent has been the best decision we have made when purchasing our new home. Nicole was recommended to us and we were told that she was great at what she did, but we have to say that great is an understatement, Nicole is phenomenal! From our very first conversation she was always very helpful answering questions, making recommendations, and always looking for our best interest. She always made herself available and even worked her schedule around our tight schedule and helped us find the perfect home in just 2 days!!! During the entire process Nicole was diligent, professional, and extremely committed to make us feel like we were her number one priority. She took the time to explain how each process worked and made sure we felt extremely well represented and comfortable during each step of the way and that is why we, with no doubt, would recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking to have the most amazing experience when purchasing or renting a new property. What can I say about Nicole Polfliet except that she is the best!!! Not only did she help us find our new home, but the amount of time she spent with us learning about Lexington and all it has offer was crucial to us choosing to move here from MY. Nicole did an amazing job at getting my house sold. She not only sold my house quickly but handled some very difficult challenges prior to closing making the deal go smoothly and with very little stress for me. The day of closing was the morning after hurricane Helen hit. My house was damaged and the damage caused a delay in closing while repairs were being made. Nicole, while dealing with her own home’s damages and lack of power went above and beyond to help find contractors and coordinate repairs so that the closing could be done despite the area being without power and cell service. I would give Nicole ten stars if I could!
