Nicole helped us buying our dream house 2 years ago and she also helped us selling it recently due to military pcs. She was so helpful and made everything so easy. One thing I love about her is she was always available to answer any questions we had. She made sure we understood the process and explained everything to us. We were referred to Nicole by a friend who used her to buy her home. We lived in Chicago and didn’t know much about the area. We called Nicole before we were ready to buy. She returned our call in less than 15 minutes. I wanted to get to know her and ask questions and then Nicole asked us all the right questions to find the perfect home for us. Nicole started sending us emails of properties. When we had a contract on our Chicago home we called Nicole and told her we were coming to buy a house. We made a list of properties we wanted to visit and Nicole met us the same day we arrived from Chicago. We found our home on the second day. Nicole took me back to see it again that evening. Being that we are both night owls I made the offer around 10:00 PM. Nicole worked on getting this deal together past midnight. Nicole is very easy to work with, she is kind and intelligent. She’s the type of realtor you want when buying or selling your home. She has always been there for me. when I text her with questions about so many different things. She responds to me immediately and sets me in the right direction. Nicole took so much of the stress out of buying and closing your home. she knows so much about the area, market conditions, helpful ideas, referrals and recommendations. I would recommend her to everyone. She is by far one of the best if not the best realtor I know.

My Loan Officer referred me to Nicole she called me right away and introduced herself. I told her what I was looking for and she started sending me some listings and we started looking at those homes. I didn’t really like what I saw so I decided I wanted to build a house and we ended up with Great Southern Homes in Blythewood. Nicole is very knowledgeable she always returns my phone calls and is very professional. I really enjoyed working with her and definitely will refer my friends and family.

We are so thankful to have worked with Nicole as our realtor, she went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, one thing I loved about working with her is that she always answers messages and calls very quick and was ready to answer all our questions, as first time buyers we had no clue about most of the things to do but she made sure to explain everything with detail to us. Will definitely recommend her with our military friends coming to the area and have her help us sell our house when we have to move away. The whole time it felt like we were talking to a friend not just a realtor. Trust her, she gets results and gets you what you want. She is just amazing.
