I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Nicole! As someone relocating from Massachusetts, I did not know the area very well. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated working with Nicole! We were out of town so it was very important to us to find a highly competent and communicable realtor. We really appreciated her professional insight and knowledge. She was very sweet and fun to work with.
My Loan Officer referred me to Nicole she called me right away and introduced herself. I told her what I was looking for and she started sending me some listings and we started looking at those homes. I didn’t really like what I saw so I decided I wanted to build a house and we ended up with Great Southern Homes in Blythewood. We are so thankful to have worked with Nicole as our realtor, she went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, one thing I loved about working with her is that she always answers messages and calls very quick and was ready to answer all our questions, as first time buyers we had no clue about most of the things to do but she made sure to explain everything with detail to us. Will definitely recommend her with our military friends coming to the area and have her help us sell our house when we have to move away. The whole time it felt like we were talking to a friend not just a realtor. Trust her, she gets results and gets you what you want. She is just amazing.

I would highly recommend Nicole she took care of us like family. We were on time crunch coming in on busy holiday weekend when other agents were not available or busy she came out of her way to show us listing. I was fairly new to the home buying experience so, naturally, I had a ton of questions. That didn't seem to phase Nicole at all! She was always so helpful and full of knowledge. And also, I definitely want to add, she has so many great connections on things like home inspectors, Termite guy, closing attorney, etc, you name it. I would recommend her to anyone! Give her a call you won't regret it!

Absolutely number ONE! We are retired military with many many moves and realtors under our belts and Nicole was head and shoulders above the rest, definitely the best. She was the most helpful, most professional, and most accommodating to all our request both before and after the sale. We will never use another real estate professional in the greater Columbia area, after the best it would simply be a no brainer!

Nicole was awesome. At the beginning of the home selling process, she told us it was her goal to get us the most money for our house as quickly as possible. My wife and I put our complete trust in Nicole and it was well placed. Nicole patiently guided us through the process of getting our house ready for sale. When repairs needed to be made, Nicole jumped right in and helped us figure out the best person to do the job. When I left the state for a job and my wife was stuck with the house, Nicole would help wherever she could. She even delivered paint to our house when we couldn't be there.

Nicole is very knowledgeable about the area and what it takes to sell a home. She was able to accommodate our restrictions and helped us through the process of selling our house. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately (even when she was on vacation!). She also provided us with local contacts to do repairs and services on our house. Nicole exceeded our expectations and helped us roll with the punches through a challenging situation. She is amazing with the details and is persistent in marketing a home to the right audiences.
