We were given Mike’s name by our daughter. He had a house that was going on the market and he along with the home owners allowed us to see the home.we loved it and made an offer. Mike did a a terrific job in keeping me informed on all of the pieces needed to complete our transaction. He handled all of the correspondence between the Title Company and myself which was a huge assistance, as I was in the process of moving at the time. I've been burned by realtors over the years. Lying to me, telling me they are going to do all these things and never following through. Basically, doing a lot of nothing for a big check.
