I’ve known John now for almost four years. There’s one thing I’ve learned about him in that time. He will always be ready and willing to give the shirt off his back to help in anyway he can. From start to finish he is always there for you, answering any possible questions that may come up in the process. He’s created an extremely reliable and professional team around him making the process of home buying that much more seamless. John is a straightforward guy that will get the job done and done right. Shaun was very responsive from the beginning. Due to circumstances, we had to sell and move quickly. The night we got back into town Shaun met me at the house to start the process. WithIn two weeks we had a full price offer and accepted. The last two weeks of the closing there were issues (with the buyers). Heath took over for another property manager I had and did such a great job. I had two rental listings and a home sale going on at the same time. My worry was since I was out of state I would not be able to handle it but Heath took care of everything and made the process much easier.
