We have bought and sold houses in five states with over a dozen Real Estate Agents. At risk of offending all the others, Heath has set a new bar for professionalism, responsiveness and service. Phone calls, texts, and emails are responded too immediately and his service went so far beyond expectations, we were caught off guard multiple times. From coordinating utilities to engaging with suppliers on our behalf. My favorite "wow" moment came with our son. He purchased a home through his corporate agent and was struggling to get information on the home construction. Heath overheard us and a few days later my son called telling me about the video walk through that Heath performed in his home without being asked. Summary is simple. Heath was very patient with my husband and I with arranging many showings for us to look at many houses. He worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to secure the hime we fell in love with. I told John that the last thing we wanted to deal with was selling my mother-in-law’s house. He took on the job and handled all the details so we didn’t have to. First and foremost, John is an incredible human being. He would be a credit to any organization. I've worked alongside John on several real estate transactions as well as networking events. Flat out - John cares! He will do anything within his power to help - and if he can't, he connects you with a solid person who can. Cannot say enough good things about John. We had decided to move not only to a new state, but to a state we had zero familiarity with to boot! We have relatives in north Idaho, but no one to reach out to as far as realtor recommendations in the Treasure Valley area. I went to Google and Yelp and explored what former clients had said, and went through a lot of realtor bios. Mike just kind of clicked. Everyone had kind reviews with no negatives. I’ve known John now for almost four years. There’s one thing I’ve learned about him in that time. He will always be ready and willing to give the shirt off his back to help in anyway he can. Shaun was very responsive from the beginning. Due to circumstances, we had to sell and move quickly. The night we got back into town Shaun met me at the house to start the process. WithIn two weeks we had a full price offer and accepted. The last two weeks of the closing there were issues (with the buyers). Shaun did an excellent job keeping us informed and worked behind the scenes to make sure the deal stayed together and it did. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun for your real estate needs.
