Carlos Rios is a top professional in his field. His professionalism includes but not limited to his support in the selling of my home. My home was sold in 2 days over asking. He dresses, talks, and handles things properly and professionally. He was very prompt in answering my calls, emails and texts. Carlos is AMAZING! He replied back right away when I reached out to him asking about buying houses and that we were just kind of looking and interested in buying a house at some point. He gave me information I needed and he didn’t pressure us at all into being quick about it, which we really appreciated!! Both him and Ricardo did such a great job with assisting us since day one on our journey to find a home. They both worked asap on everything and I truly appreciated that! They both helped taught us things we didn’t know, like Ernest money for example and how it works, they both answered our questions and looked for answers as well, and they made the process of finding a house super easy. Very grateful for all the help! They went the extra mile with my house since it was very difficult to get some documents in my Country PR but they guided me on the right path every time! With only 18 months residing in the United States we already have our home, no more rent! ???? they are the best! and they also speak very well both languages ??for those who do not speak English very well!

Carlos is an exceptional realtor. He is great at explaining the ins and outs of the home buying process to newbies like us. Carlos answered every question we asked, and always in a timely manner. He made a point of paying close attention to our wants throughout the process (he never suggested a property outside our specifications), and it was easy to see how invested he was in helping us find the home we were looking for. One of the best agents I have ever worked with! Carlos Rios went above and beyond to help me with my home purchase, I truly felt like I had someone on my side the whole time! I had a very tough case with the purchase of a foreclosure owned by the Bank with a lot of hurdles, so it was great to have someone that made the calls and got stuff done immediately to make sure everything was done in time! We ended up closing earlier then the scheduled date!
