She grew up in the area and was familiar with all the ins and outs of both suburban and country properties in the region. Carol was very impressive in how she arranged for times for multiple showings and stayed in touch with other realtors/ home owners with unexpected time crunches. Very deft! Also it should be noted, as a couple trying to find "just the right property" for our forever home, we were very demanding ... and picky!
To that end, Carol was exceedingly patient with us. She traveled a lot of miles for us, both on the road and behind the scenes. We both were very appreciative of that. Could not have had a better experience.

I've been renting out my house in Joplin for years because it had been difficult to find a buyer, and I've had some bad experiences with realtors in Joplin. Carol knew just how to market the home, what improvements and maintenance to do, and who to call for help. She always kept my budget in mind and took my concerns and suggestions seriously. Carol was personally involved all the way through, until the right buyer was found and the sale completed at a good price.

Carol is the best realator I have ever used. She was always there when I needed her, no matter how rediculous the questions were. I could get in touch with her anytime I needed to. I could call her on weekends or late at night and she was always happy to speak with me. She kept me very informed at every step. Carol is amazing, patient, and professional! The sale of our land was fraught with delays and legal issues due to boundary lines being recorded incorrectly in a previous sale. Carol stayed on top of it all even taking calls directly with the land title insurance lawyers in order to get a resolution. We highly recommend Carol!

Oh where do I start. Carol and I worked together to find my home for about two months but during this time I grew to love carol. Out of any customer service person I’ve worked with I’ve never seen such dedication to their customers. I’m telling you Carol is the best of the best! On weekends, late nights, even holidays carol would respond to my messages or calls as soon and as fast as she could! Every question I had she would tell me or research for an answer. I really felt that Carol cared about my family and I, and finding the perfect home. My work schedule is very weird with long hours so she would work around my hours and days for us to get a chance to look at houses! Carol went above and beyond for us. I truly do believe that if it weren’t for carol I wouldn’t have bought a house as fast as I did and it would have had a lot of unknown problems. Carols commitment didn’t stop once we found the one carol brought me box’s and tape to pack. After we had signed documents I texted her to ask a question she answered and even offered to fix my problem.
