Oh where do I start. Carol and I worked together to find my home for about two months but during this time I grew to love carol. Out of any customer service person I’ve worked with I’ve never seen such dedication to their customers. I’m telling you Carol is the best of the best! On weekends, late nights, even holidays carol would respond to my messages or calls as soon and as fast as she could! Every question I had she would tell me or research for an answer. I really felt that Carol cared about my family and I, and finding the perfect home. My work schedule is very weird with long hours so she would work around my hours and days for us to get a chance to look at houses! Carol went above and beyond for us. I truly do believe that if it weren’t for carol I wouldn’t have bought a house as fast as I did and it would have had a lot of unknown problems. Carols commitment didn’t stop once we found the one carol brought me box’s and tape to pack. After we had signed documents I texted her to ask a question she answered and even offered to fix my problem. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me and I haven’t even touched the list of things. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAROL!

We wanted to work with someone who would listen, hear, and act on our behalf. The choice to use Carol was the right choice. She helped us passionately and professionally navigate the fast moving housing market. She consulted and mentored us though the process, was ALWAYS accessible, and was diligent to find us exactly what we were looking for. I get the privilege of calling Carol, mom! I was blown away by the lengths that she went to make sure that selling our house, which we had an sentimental attachment to, was a breeze and something we would be glad that we went through with. She got us to closing within a month of listing our house and worked through the hard emotional detachment with us. She encouraged us and prepared us for everything we would need to move forward and get the best value out of our home. She payed out of her own pocket to have the house staged amongst many other things she did. She got us to the closing table and the hardest part which also doubled as the easiest was signing our names on the dotted lines. It was a breeze! She made selling our house very easy and was super helpful and knowledgeable about allll the questions we had. We are forever thankful that we had her as our realtor and we didn’t have to jump through any hoops and do all the dirt work to get to the closing table! She’s you’re lady for all your home buying/selling needs!

I would definitely recommend Carol to anyone looking for a realtor. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect house for me and helping me every step of the way in purchasing my first house. Every question I had she answered in a timely manner and never made me feel like I wasn't important. She was absolutely the best! If I ever decide to purchase another home she'll be the first person I call.

Carol Goad worked hard to find just the right house for me to purchase. Carol was professional; always prompt at returning my calls/emails and never too busy to show me a house or answer my questions. Carol went through the houses pointing out things I might miss just as if she was buying the house which I was grateful for.

I've been renting out my house in Joplin for years because it had been difficult to find a buyer, and I've had some bad experiences with realtors in Joplin. Carol knew just how to market the home, what improvements and maintenance to do, and who to call for help. She always kept my budget in mind and took my concerns and suggestions seriously. Carol was personally involved all the way through, until the right buyer was found and the sale completed at a good price.

Carol is the best realator I have ever used. She was always there when I needed her, no matter how rediculous the questions were. I could get in touch with her anytime I needed to. I could call her on weekends or late at night and she was always happy to speak with me. She kept me very informed at every step. I enjoyed working with her and would definatly use her again with all of my real estate needs.

Carol is amazing, patient, and professional! The sale of our land was fraught with delays and legal issues due to boundary lines being recorded incorrectly in a previous sale. Carol stayed on top of it all even taking calls directly with the land title insurance lawyers in order to get a resolution. We highly recommend Carol!

Carol was the best. Selling a house can't be easy. So we don't really know how all this works. I am sure there a lot of things she took care of behind the scenes that made this transaction so smooth. We have a wonderful experience and would not change a thing.

We had some delays, and there were some issues that needed solved. All of them were handled so well, professionally. Her caring and positive attitude, her smile was amazing. She is joy to be around and always has your heart in her heart. Love her ability to see your needs and do her best to fulfill them. Carol went above all of our expectations!

Can't recommend Carol enough for the quality person she is, that the attention to meeting the needs we had.
