It has been my pleasure to work with Desiree Torres over the last several months. She has helped me to sell my father's house and also to purchase a new home for myself.

This was all new to me and I feel that she explained everything so that I would understand what was going on. There is a lot involved in buying/selling a home! The home I purchased is 100 miles away, so we did a lot of driving, but she is used to that as she sells homes all over southern California.

The purchase of my house in Tehachapi was completed in less than 3 weeks! Hard to believe. Everything was taken care of so smoothly and everyone that she works with was very nice and so helpful.

I highly recommend Desiree for your real estate needs.

Desiree Torres helped me to sell my late father's house. It was in pretty bad shape, so she offered several different solutions. She did a lot of research to figure out the best way for me to proceed.

I ended up selling it as-is and it sold within a week. I am extremely pleased to have this taken care of! Every step was easy and most of the paperwork was taken care of online.

I really enjoyed the time spent with Desiree and her husband Sal.

I highly recommend Desiree for your real estate needs! I will be using her services again when I decide what to do with my own house.

Our house sat on the market with another realtor for 4 months with little traffic and no offers. We relisted with Desiree and got an offer for asking price within 10 days, and closed within 22 days of escrow. She keeps her communications very open and is on top of things. We felt informed and comfortable with the whole process. She is very professional and worked hard. She knows how to market a home with new technology. She did 3 open houses the first weekend alone.
